Based on the opinion of an American herbalist, Dr. John R. Christopher, consuming two liters of parsley per day is highly recommended. In fact, you are advised to drink a cup of parsley every hour. Make sure you use the “green leaves,” along with the roots and seeds, if possible.
The procedure:
- Cut the leaves and roots up into small pieces and store in an airtight glass container in the refrigerator, leave for a week.
- Enter ¼ cup of parsley to an infusion basket. Leave the mixture to 10 minutes.
- You can add honey, lemon or ginger if you want to add flavor ingredient.
- Drinking tea only in warm.
You can also combine this procedure with a technique that is putting your feet on a pillow when lying down. This technique will help the fluid pumping by heart.
