If you do not want the taste of green tea in this beverage, tangerine and mint will help you to love this healthy drink in your daily diet list.
Ingredients:
- 1 liter water
- 5 green tea bags
- 1 tangerine
- 1 handful fresh mint
Preparation:
- Per liter of boiling water, add 5 green tea bags and leave them soaked to 3 minutes. Then remove bags and wait for it to cool.
- Tangerine cut out the pieces. If you can, use clearly tangerine so you can cut together with the shell, or otherwise peel it, but must leave the white part of the rind.
