This GREEN Juice help in Reducing Belly fat 100%, Learn how to prepare



A delicious green juice that tastes fantastic. This natural green juice is easy to make in our home and easy to drink because of it taste. This juice dissolves all the fat in the body more effective on belly fat. Drink Twice a day IE morning before Breakfast ad before dine. Ingredients
  • 4 black Dino kale leaves
  • 1/3 pineapple
  • 2 red delicious apples
  • 1 lime
  • 1” knob of ginger
  • 1 handful Italian parsley

How to prepare:
  1. Wash and pre-cut the vegetables and fruits. Tear the black Dino kale into three to four pieces each. This breaks the fibrous threads which could clog the juicer if fed too fast.
  2. Use a knife to quickly remove the rind from the lime, but leave as much of the pith as you can as it is loaded with bioflavonoids for healthy blood vessels. Bioflavinoids help fight allergies, inflammations and possibly cancer cells, so leave it! It will not make the juice bitter.
  3. Use the apple pieces to help the other vegetables and fruits to push through the juicer. Alternate feeding the juicer kale, pineapple, parsley and lime. Add the ginger pieces and parsley and use the last few pieces of apples to help wash down the rest of the juice.
  4. If you have some foam at the top of the juice, you can spoon it out. Stir the juice, pour into your favorite glass and have a great start of a day.
