Parsley Tea Recipe For Swollen Feet

Based on the opinion of an American herbalist, Dr. John R. Christopher, consuming two liters of parsley per day is highly recommended. In fact, you are advised to drink a cup of parsley every hour. Make sure you use the “green leaves,” along with the roots and seeds, if possible.
The procedure:

  • Cut the leaves and roots up into small pieces and store in an airtight glass container in the refrigerator, leave for a week.
  • Enter ¼ cup of parsley to an infusion basket. Leave the mixture to 10 minutes.
  • You can add honey, lemon or ginger if you want to add flavor ingredient.
  • Drinking tea only in warm.

You can also combine this procedure with a technique that is putting your feet on a pillow when lying down. This technique will help the fluid pumping by heart.
