Ingredients:-
1.Chicken -- 1 kg
2.Chopped Onions—100gms
3.Ginger-Garlic paste --- 1 tbsp
4.Turmeric –--- ¼ tbsp
5.Tomato paste ------ 1 cup
6.Cumin -------1/2 tsp
7.Chili powder ----- 4 tsp
8.Red chili peppers ----- 1-2
9.Garam masala --- 1 tsp
10.Daniya powder -----1 tsp
11.Bay leaf -----1
12.Coriander leaves --- as required
13.Cloves ---------4
14.Cinnamon -------- 2
15.Cardamom –----- 2
16.Fresh cream ---- 6 ounces
Method of Preparation:
- Heat the oil in a pan, and add red chilies, cardamom, cinnamon, cloves and bay leaf.
- Now add onions, turmeric fry it for 2 minutes. Add the garlic ginger paste and fry it for 4- 6 minutes.
- Add chicken and fry for 5 minutes.
- Now sprinkle chili, salt, daniya powder, and cumin powder and add water if needed and cook it for 15 minutes till cooked.
- Add tomato paste and cook it on the low heat and add garam masala.
- Just before removing it from the heat add cream and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Finally garnish with coriander leave and serve it.
