When to wash our hands ??

Always Wash Hands Before: 
1. Handling or preparing food. 
2. Eating.
3. Treating a but or wound on the skin.

Always Wash Hands After: 

1. Using the bathroom 
2. Sneezing, coughing or blowing the nose.
3. Changing a baby's diaper.
4. Wiping a child's nose.
5. Touching raw meat or eggs in the kitchen.
6. Touching animals, including pets, or their waste products.
7. Touching trash.
8. Caring for a sick person.
9. Being in a crowd, especially public transportation or events.
